About the Academy

The Partha Ghosh Academy of Leadership (PGAL) is continually evolving with a dynamic set of initiatives to uncover people from different walks of life (business people, administrators, scientists, executives, academicians, artisans, sportspersons etc.), and tell their stories on how they made an impact to the society and contribute to the economic growth of the sector they are associated with.

It is also working on individuals (students and professionals) to build up their inner courage and self-confidence through short-term courses, training and certification programmes.
